Al Packer Ford Collision Center is a family owned auto repair business that has been serving the community for over 50 years. Our goal is to provide high quality repairs on a timely basis. We provide a high level of customer communication throughout the repair process including text and email messaging with vehicle owners per their request. We carry a limited Lifetime Warranty with every repair. We repair all makes and models and work with ALL Insurance companies. We now hold a FORD certification for Aluminum repairs and are part of the FORD Certified Collision Network.

Customer service was great. My only concern was the text message option when notified, said someone would call me but I received an email instead. Since collision repair is closed on the weekend, I had to keep the rental longer and was not able to pick my car up sooner since I didn’t see the email until late in the evening. Otherwise, everything was great and my repairs were great.
