Al Packer Ford Collision Center is a family owned auto repair business that has been serving the community for over 50 years. Our goal is to provide high quality repairs on a timely basis. We provide a high level of customer communication throughout the repair process including text and email messaging with vehicle owners per their request. We carry a limited Lifetime Warranty with every repair. We repair all makes and models and work with ALL Insurance companies. We now hold a FORD certification for Aluminum repairs and are part of the FORD Certified Collision Network.

Body shop work was completed quickly and John the estimator was very helpful. When I showed up to pick my vehicle up after being notified to do so I noticed three messed up/unfinished repairs. They were brought to the attention of Larry who kept the truck another day and fixed all the repairs. After picking the truck up the next day all the repairs were complete
