Al Packer Ford Collision Center is a family owned auto repair business that has been serving the community for over 50 years. Our goal is to provide high quality repairs on a timely basis. We provide a high level of customer communication throughout the repair process including text and email messaging with vehicle owners per their request. We carry a limited Lifetime Warranty with every repair. We repair all makes and models and work with ALL Insurance companies. We now hold a FORD certification for Aluminum repairs and are part of the FORD Certified Collision Network.

Great customer service and personal touch by harry and repairman. Understand hard to get subaru parts so that be only improve by streamlining supply route may speed up process (example supplier bonus if meets over 60 of year deliveries of half time of arrival) just an idea. Overall great job by body shop.
