The backseat of my vehicle is loose and I believe I’m missing the mat that was in my trunk. The outside of my vehicle has gunk that I can’t remove and I know my car did not get to your shop in that condition.

I wish that you would of looked at the hole car because of the impact was so hard irrespective other areas other than just the front right where the obvious damage was
