Missing front engine bay skid plate, was told after we questioned it that they couldn't find the part. Yet it is on the repair. Part number T2GM1095212 Had a personal repair ticket for side mirror and back hatch, but was told they didn't know the back hatch was to be repaired, even though it was discussed on the phone as well as circled by Gus at caliber on Cattleman before the transfer. New fender (with side mirror) paint job has debris within the clear coat.

Edgar was hugely helpful in getting my car back on the road. Had the whole front end replaced and repainted in under two weeks and it looks fantastic. I think they even vacuumed my interior. Thank you to everyone that lent a hand at Caliber.
