I told them why the previous place couldn’t fix my car they were like they are lying nothing wrong we can fix it and they didn’t fix it correctly when I told them they talking about yea we couldn’t fix it right cause of what the previous place told you, bad business.

I can’t say enough great things about the team at Crash Champions! They repaired my daughter’s truck, and the entire experience from start to finish was outstanding. The door panel is not secure. I will be calling Crash Champions to let them know. Plus waiting on a part to finish the job. But the part is on the outside of the door so why the door panel is not snapped into place has to be investigated.

Being that the impact included the front wheel, and an alignment had just been done 1.5 months prior, I wish that they would have had the alignment checked, since the affected wheel was replaced
