It took longer than expected to finish my repair work (windshield replacement). I was not notified of issues re: the repair as promised by the adjuster (too busy). I had to call repeatedly for updates. The collision repair was well done. The car was cleaned inside and out which I appreciated.

Everyone we interacted with was very kind and professional, but I was a bit surprised of the quality when reviewing the completed work when I got home. The primary damage seemed to be repaired nicely when viewing from the outside, but it looked like the smaller details of putting the car back together were rushed. Weather stripping wasn’t tucked in and secured to the door correctly, part of the car’s interior trim was sticking out and not put back into its original placement, and the welding of the side of the door looked very sloppy among a few other things. I think there needs to be some better quality control when it comes to inspections before contacting the customer to notify them that their car is ready. I have photos if needed.

Parts don't fit correctly, body work and paint not done right. Trunk is not aligned, bumper doesn't fit correctly, paint missing on trunk and on both sides of the trunk

The process was confusing and when I called them I was asked what my processor name was like what? How do I know. I picked my car up after they had it for 6 days and I asked her if they washed it bc there’s a big smudge on the hood. She said oh that was there. I’m like but y’all washed it?! Normally as a car repair shop you would want the car spotless and show casing the work. I’m sure they made pretty good money for the job
