Everyone in the front office was amazing. I got 0 updates on my car throughout the whole process. I called/texted Larry and didn’t hear back for days. He said everything was addressed from my concerns and it clearly wasn’t. Then they temporarily fixed the issue so I would drive away but the shaking is still in my car! They didn’t even align my car after getting rear ended?!

Eric was absolutely fabulous. He went above and beyond to make sure everything I needed was completed. He has to be your most outstanding employee. I've never had service like he gave me at any agency! He even answered unrelated questions to the repair of the fender. I used to own my own business and to find an employee as dedicated and as helpful as he was, is truly rare. He definitely deserves your recognition and possibly even a raise. Larry was also helpful.You have just now become my go-to-facility for my Lexus! When I compare your facility to Gettel Toyota of Lakewood Ranch, there's no comparison. You out-shine them by 100%

They repaired the side of my car and the back of my car. Well, ARASH is very helpful and took care of all of that however, when I picked up my car the next day, I realize that the tire that’s associated where the car got hit seem to have some residue on wheel and cap. and I thought that would’ve been cleaned off but otherwise good
