I’m usually very skeptical of automotive repair shops because of several bad experiences in the past, but my experience here for hail repair was exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the staff was professional, welcoming, and incredibly patient. They understood my concerns right away and took the time to walk me through the entire hail-damage repair process in a way that was clear and reassuring. One of the biggest surprises was the speed of the repairs. Every other shop I visited quoted me nearly a month to complete the work, but this team had my car finished in under two weeks, and the quality didn’t suffer one bit. They exceeded every expectation by delivering fast results without cutting corners. What impressed me even more was their honesty and transparency. They carefully inspected the damage, explained what truly needed to be fixed, and never tried to push unnecessary services. The finished product was outstanding. My car genuinely looks brand new with a complimentary cleaning done on the inside and outside of the vehicle. But just as important, the customer service was some of the best I’ve ever experienced at any repair shop. The team’s professionalism and genuine respect for their customers completely changed my expectations of this industry. For anyone dealing with hail damage (or anyone who feels hesitant because of past negative experiences) this is a shop you can trust. Highly recommended for their integrity, craftsmanship, speed, and top-tier service.

For the most part the service was great and I was able to get my car back before my PCS. The only issue was 2 parts they weren't able to get in time that I had to address myself. I'll cop that to manufacturing issues and the time constraint I had.
