Jose manager needs to manage better. Does not keep his word. I waited so long to get my vehicle and he stated he will pay for my rental. I’ve called numerous times for me to get my refund as he needed to call enterprise. A full month has passed by and I’m still waiting for my money. Receiving a text today stating my vehicle is ready for pick up is embarrassing for you all. It’s already been so long I’ve had my vehicle. Definitely would not recommend this place. This is a result of lack of leadership. Do better.

I was told that ARC would keep me updated on the status of my vehicle. First told it would take a week to repair my vehicle but took three weeks to repair it.
