Actual repairs were of quality. Unfortunately while in your shop my ignition was left on. Damaging a cell in my battery. I received a complimentary jump start on a Saturday, only to leave me stranded purchasing a battery after your business hours. Stil no response from my advisor either.

First contact was great. Then on my scheduled appointment day, my advisor was off. The new person I was in contact with, had no idea what was discussed regarding my repairs. Which forced me to reschedule to a week later than planned.
