Alex’s is great, people are great, it’s just that everything that was damaged didn’t show up at the initial repair. I hope nothing else shows up as needing repair.

There were multiple times I called to follow up and was told a technician would call me and no one ever called me. In addition, the car was extremely dusty when I picked up as if it had been sitting for sometime. n the day I took auto in I told the lady at counter that the window had a chip and scratches in the glass from where their windshield flew out of their car and landed on mine. The windshield was not replaced and i have to take it back in after it being there almost 60 days from 7/5/2026 to 8/24/2026
