Duran Auto Shop did a great job fixing our car. The transaction went smoothly. Erica was very helpful and professional. She answered all our questions and when uncertain she gets back to us to provide the correct information - like the turn around time of when the parts order will come. She also gave every detail needed so I dont need to go back and forth. Rick also gave us updates via email and phone calls. We were satisfied with their work - paint color matched and fixed even the rim scratches. The owner too was very courteous and accommodating. Definitely an autoshop to recommend.
