Staff was SUPER NICE. The day I had my accident I was taken to Caliber by AAA towing . I was greeted by staff like they knew be from before. They eased my thoughts. They explained everything to me. Christina helped me tranfer some personal times from my car to a rental that they took time to take to get. Melissa was a doll. I'm glad I chose Caliber to do the repairs. I hope I never need them again but if I did I would them again and again. Thanks guys your professionalism is through the roof!

I brought in my car to be fixed and the car looks brand new. I am so happy to see it how it was. My only issue was that when the car was given back to me, there was a film of gloss all over the other side of the car. This negligence caused me to continue going back and forth and taking away from my work time. They did guarantee their work so they fixed the issue and much as they could. However my windshield now has micro bubbles formed from either a grinder or welding sparks all over it. My car is brand new so I shouldn't see that type of issue on it.
