My Experience

From our first contact with our insurance company, to our first phone call to Caliber, to our interaction either our appraiser and the staff and manager when we picked up our car, everyone was pleasant, professional and efficient. I particularly the texts that kept us up to date throughout the entire process.

The receptionists were excellent Javier my service advisor was outstanding both he and your system kept me posted and the vehicle was repaired and returned to me in 100% perfect condition and on the day it was promised I don't know how things could have been better

Absolutely love the work that was done on my vehicle. They really went above and beyond on the repairs. I was surprised when I picked up my vehicle that they had removed scratches and added extra layers of paint protection. It may have been 14 days without a car but knowing it’s in good hands makes it worth it. When I went to pick up my vehicle the team worked well to get my car out despite the hiccups with insurance. Thank you again I would recommend to all my friends and family

My experience was good 👍 and paint look good the only thing I didnt like was all the trash and bondo all over in the back of my truck I shouldn't have to clean up after people I want white glove service but the staff were nice
