My experience with Alex's was a 10! On my first step into the office I was greeted quickly and professionally. In almost no time an estimate was underway. Each step in the process was explained and in less than 25 minutes I was on my way. I was informed that if I selected Alex's, they would have the job done in 2 to 3 days. I did get another estimate but did not feel that my business was a priority to them. I called Alex's back and said go ahead. They were a preferred body shop through my insurance. Alex's made an appointment, ordered the parts, and reserved a rental car (located on the premises). I dropped my car off on a Monday at 8:00 A M and was driving away in the rental 20 minutes later. I got a call Tuesday afternoon at about 4:00 that the car was ready. I decided to pick it up the next morning. They washed the car and it looked great! Without reservation I would recommend Alex's Paint & Body. Larry, (an actual customer)
