I have taken 2 vehicles in 3 times in the past 2 years and all 3 times I have received the vehicle back with problems. Examples: Told to pick up my vehicle when work has not been completed, wrong parts have been ordered which prolongs the completion date, parts broken that we're not before, and parts not reconnected. I will be very reluctant to bring any other vehicles back. I hope this survey helps and the quality of work improves because I truly am sadend to have to find another shop after being a costumer for so long. I am very sad because this reflect against Alex and his business when Alex himself would never had allowed work to leave his shop that was not 100% quality. I have been a coustomer for over 13 years. Alex always did top quality work. I am unsure what has transpiored over the past couple years to decrease the quality of work. I will be bringing my truck back to get it fix because I received it with broken parts that were not broken when I brought it in.

There are some bumps in the paint on the bumper that was repaired. They could possibly be from paint bubbles or drips. They are not noticeable unless washing the car. The rest of the repair is excellent. Thank you.

Everyone was very nice and courteous & I received daily progress reporys on my cars repairs which was nice. The detailed work that was done was excellent. Hope I never have to take my car in again but if I do I will definitely take it to you guys. Thank you!
