A 10 to me should be shown on your scale as VERY SATISFIED vs SATISFIED. You should really consider upgrading your scale. Bottom line, my answer is...I was VERY SATISFIED with the customer service I received from Ken and Allen. Ken is doing an outstanding job running Alioto's Bayshore.
