My experience at Alioto's was very positive. The staff was very helpful and friendly, in particular Ken at the Bayshore location. He was informative and provided me with all sorts of options so that I could handle my situation of having my car broken into with very little stress. I'm glad I made the decision to bring the car to one of Geico's locations instead of taking my car to one of my mechanics--not because I didn't think they could or could not handle the job but because I wanted a full dialogue open between the insurance company and the repair location. However, now I see that I have an alternative trusted resource and place I can bring my car in the future.
