You might want to contact concord lexus and get the list of what they are fixing. This includes the spindle, bent wheel, aliingment off etc

One issue I have. The car is registered in my name and when it was picked up my friend. He went into office said he was there to pick up lexus, he was asked to sign for it but how did anyone know who he was, no asking for ID if anything. Shouldn't I have showed ID as registered owner?????
