I worked with Mike and he was amazing. He was very detailed oriented and reviewed everything that I was concerned about. He followed up multiple times to make sure that I understood what work needed to be done, how he communicated with the insurance company, and the timeline for completion. He went out of his way to source the tire faster so that I could get my car back earlier. The level of service was above and beyond my expectations. He treated me like an extended family member with the level of concern and care. I didn't expect to find such a great partner to help me with my car, but I am so happy I did!

My car took longer than expected. They told me 2-3 days it took a week. I was happy they were responsive and communicative about it. It ended up costing me about $200+ in rental fees I didn't expect

Excellent repair job. Car looks like new. One feedback is my trunk area was neatly organized when I dropped off my car, but was messy when I got my car back.
