The service used to be great, but I think the management has changed. For example, I requested no phone calls -- only text or email -- *unless* it was an emergency. Tuesday night I got a call at 6:15p. Who calls after 5pm?! I said I had dinner on the stove -- plus my partner & his son & I were having a conversation. I asked the caller if it was an emergency. He said no. And he then went on and on AND ON about information that had already been emailed to me 8+ times. I asked (again) if this was an emergency. And he kept talking! I finally had to hang up, which is very rude, but I had no choice. PLEASE CONSIDER using common sense with customer service -- instead of a rote list of behaviors dictated by management. The service at Alioto's used to be great -- but now the service feels like a mechanized list such as you'd get from a call center or the cable company. I'm not bringing my car back again.
