No exaggeration... The service I received was beyond superb. Staff was welcoming right from the start. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. And, when my car wasn't ready in time as originally scheduled, the team went way above and beyond my expectations to make it up to me. I will talk up Alioto's Garage until I'm blue in the face....they turned a distressing situation into such a positive experience. They have made me a customer for life! If I ever have to come back for needed repairs, it will actually be my pleasure. :) A big shout-out to Andy, Brendan, Essa, and Hong. You guys (one girl) are terrific!!

Very efficient, friendly service staff. Very responsive and attentive. Great communication. I received frequent status updates while my car was being assessed for damage. I'm very happy with my service! The ease of having both Enterprise and Geico already onsite was a great time saver. Also, everyone I worked with was friendly and very knowledgable. I especially liked the emails that kept me up to date on the percentage of completion. It definitely put my mind at ease and kept me from wondering what was going on with my car. This garage is awesome. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I really appreciate how convenient their set up is. I have Geico and rental insurance and they are a one stop shop. I love that they also clean your car for you when you pick it up!
