Arranging for dropping of the car was easy and conveneint in terms of timing. Work was done quickly. I was kept informed of all significant progress. The body work looks great. Simply stated a super professional organization.

I brought my 2023 Porsche Macan to this body shop for a hood dent repair, repainting, and a windshield replacement. They handled all communication with my insurance company seamlessly, so I didn’t have to worry about anything. Throughout the entire repair process, they kept me updated regularly via text messages, which gave me great peace of mind. The work was completed on time as promised. All of the staff were incredibly friendly, and whenever I had questions, they provided prompt and clear answers. Unfortunately, the circumstances that brought me in was someone hitting my car at the office and not leaving a note. FORTUNATELY, my experience with Alioto’s was fantastic. Nico walked me through everything from the expected fix to the best way to get a rental. I really felt “taken care of” by all the staff. Also, I really liked the communication — I felt like Alitoto’s was on top of keeping me apprised of every step. Great experience, 10/10 — I feel like I’ve found “my auto shop!” Will be back!
