American Auto Body did a great job, especially the painting I can't even tell the difference between the new paint and the old.

I was so excited to see my car. From a distance it looked perfect. However, there are several broken clips, gaps in spaces that there wasn’t previously, overspray all over the interior and exterior from painting.

I was told several times I would receive a call by a certain date, for sure. However, the call would come several says late.

I used to go there because the previous owner was good in the whole process and communication. The new owners seems to care less.

They don't coordinate with AllState properly. I had to be intermediary between the insurance company and the bodyshop. Once they let me know just few minutes before scheduled drop off that the parts are not ready.

Nathan was my contact person and he was very professional. I left my car there for a week and we agreed that that would be enough time for the repair, a week passed and the car wasn't completed. I was a big inconvenience for me
