Great service, very responsive, will vouch for you when insurance is involved. The first place I checked out was a caliber collision and I was not at all satisfied with even the consult. It was very lazy and all they did was look at the car from where they were standing and all they wanted to do was pull a dent and paint it after my car took a hit to the door, fender, and wheel. I kept searching and then i had the pleasure of meeting Jose here at all magic and it was a night and day difference, immediately. The inspection was thorough and he had way more attention to detail by comparison to collision caliber. He opened and closed my door to check for the alignment and didn’t care for the way it bounced, and was aware the area where my car took the impact was a sensitive area and he took the initiative to take the time to check my suspension, alignment, whatever may have potentially been askew. It was a very big difference between the care he took vs the last guy. Highly recommend, will most definitely be returning with all of my auto needs.

3rd car I have brought to this location. Was checked in by Jose and we was able to work with me and my insurance company even though this wasn’t my insurances preferred shop. When I got the car back I noticed some minor things wrong with the repair and brought it to Jose’s attention. He was quick to get my car in and fixed correctly. The overall repair is amazing and the repainting of the door looks amazing! Great body shop with great customer service.
