I picked up my vehicle today and unfortunately noticed several issues that were not addressed with the repairs. A plastic piece was not repaired/replaced as expected, and two scratch guards were removed from the vehicle but were not replaced. There are also small scratches in the areas where the guards were removed. Additionally, the tint on my driver’s side door and windshield was scratched during the repair process. The tint is only about five months old and was in good condition prior to bringing my vehicle in. There is also a plastic piece around the tire that is cracked and does not sit flush against the vehicle, which is concerning and does not appear to be properly repaired or installed. I am disappointed that I received my vehicle back with these issues and expected the repairs to be completed properly and the vehicle returned to me in the condition it was in prior to the repair. I would appreciate having these issues addressed and corrected, including replacing the damaged tint and scratch guards and properly repairing/replacing the damaged plastic pieces.
