Paint Matching is Excellent, Doing both left and right ball joint, driving felt good but when I got Ram 1500 , they needed more time from 3 to 5, and even after 5 pm I still had to wait some more time until they drove it out to me, show me the color matching and the new ball joint. So I when to Winco to get Halloween Candies and wasn't in the store for more then 15min. came out and couldn't start my Truck. Now , since your company had my truck for a month someone should have told me that my battery was bad but before I bought it to your shop I had it check out at Dodge of Fontana and the battery was good at that time. So I call AAA , they sent someone out, Tested the battery which had a bad cell and bought a Brand new battery, they installed it at Winco Parking Lot. The other thing is couple Days later on the way to work my window visor slip down , smack the door a couple of time and then fell off. I could only assume when you were color matching the door to the fender you removed the visor but didn't replace it back firmly. So I bought new ones.

When I went to pick up the vehicle and there were finger marks around the left visor and other areas where Jose needed to clean it off. Once I took it home I noticed that the mirror on the visor passenger side had been broken I brought it up to their attention but they denied any wrongdoing and now I am stuck with a broken Mirror visor.

Mike, Jonathan & Patty stayed in constant communication with updates and were also very helpful navigating the process with my insurance company as well as the car rental company.
