Everyone was very nice and acted like they cared but never gave updates when they said they would, leaving me to have to call to check in hours or days later only to find out that there was another delay. It was a small job, just 1 window and the regulator but it took 2 weeks to get parts in and get it done. I’ve picked up and replaced window regulators the same day or purchased on the internet and had one at my door in 2-3 days and any glass company could have been out to replace the window the next day but I went with you guys because my insurance wanted me to go through a collision center and you have done good work before. Other work done at your shop in the past has taken a long time but I chalked that up to bigger jobs and hard to get parts but that just isn’t the excuse with this one. If made me feel like y’all just didn’t care because it was a small job done got thrown to the bottom of the pile.

Don made sure my car was perfect for pick up and took the time to make sure everything went the way I needed it to. He was very helpful! Hopefully I don’t need to come back but I definitely would and will be recommending Andy’s collision to everyone.
