Customer service was great. The finish on the vehicle needs attention, the paint has a lot of orange peel that needs to be buffed out.

The vehicle was delivered with paint finish that is unacceptable (orange peel finish). Mounting bolts for the rear door has paint chipped off and one of the pins that holds the door on was replaced by a nut and bolt. They must have lost the other pins but it is not acceptable to not make it as factory.
