Everything went very well. The estimate provided was exactly as proposed and the scheduling was perfect. My jeep looks amazing and I am very happy with the work. I would like to especially acknowledge Eric, he is so professional and courteous. He is a very nice young man and you couldn’t ask for a better person when you walk in the door.

My truck was towed to Andy's and later deemed a total loss, so Andy's didn't repair it. But I really, really, REALLY appreciate Andy's staff's compassion for all of my concerns and anxieties as I was dealing with the insurance companies before the decision to total it. While I hope I wouldn't need body work services in the future, there is no doubt that I would turn to Andy's if the need ever arises. Thank you to all the staff for your support!

I went in expecting to repair a scrape on the back fender of my 2015 Corvette Stingray. When a few days later I was informed that a new bumper was nowhere to be found, I felt disappointed. Then, Brad, the manager, told me he was confident that his people could repair the damage by hand, my ears perked up. Two days later, I picked up what looked like a brand spanking new car, and I couldn’t have been happier. The service was great from the moment I showed up hoping for help. They drove back to school, and kept me informed every step of the way. I am a most satisfied customer.

I was charge for a replacement for my rear bumper and the manager said it is not included . He didn’t care to look at their records and insist he heard it that I opted not to. He gave me the key without asking to take a look but I notice right away what was not done. He was mean to me. I know he is a big American guy and I am a tiny Asian women. But I’m highly educated and I can read and understand English better than him.
