Demetrius was my point of contact and he contacted me to tell me the progress daily. My car was actually completed 2 days earlier than expected. Five stars for workmanship, customer service, turnaround, and knowledge about my repairs needed. Highly recommend!

+ Communication updates were excellent. Done earlier than first outlined. - If this were not an insurance claim, would not have chosen Allards - price was 3X other quote if I had done the work out of pocket. Vehicle was returned dirty - after $3000+ repairs, should return the car detailed or at least washed.

It is still not completed yet. We picked it up initially and opened the back hatch and where they adjusted the hatch. The paint stuck to the top of the roof so when it opened, it took all the paint off, so that needs to be repaired when we got it home we checked there’s also a spot at the top of the hood that needs to be painted. It’s completely white And the passenger side mirror that was to be repaired works it looks like it’s repaired but there’s a big chunk of plastic missing off of the base of it so that will be need to be repaired. We have an appointment for next Monday to drop it off with Demetrius After that I will give a full review.
