Andy’s collision shop on Cave Creek gave me an honest estimate for paint repair. Completed the work on time, kept me updated and also came in 700.00 less than the dealer estimate. Very happy with the office people as well as the technicians. Highly recommend.

My windshield was damaged in two places while in the shop. The store manager Don refused to take responsibility for the damage.

I gave the manager ever opportunity to make the situation right and they instead threatened to charge me over the weekend to take a rental car because they couldn't reach my insurance carrier on the East Coast. I asked them to use their own insurance because the damage occurred while shop was in possession of vehicle. I now have a new repair after spending $3,100.

I was in a minor collision a few weeks ago--my first ever. The insurance recommended Andy's & the staff was so helpful in walking me through what needed to be done to work with insurance. While working on my car, they communicated clearly and often to keep me up-to-date with the status of my car. It looks beautiful and brand new! Could not be happier!
