Andy’s did a great job! It looks like new. Demetrius was very responsive with my concerns and questions. The repair specialist was also very helpful. He even drove with me to listen for a sound I heard in the wheel.

Absolutely will recommend. I thought this was going to be a much more miserable process and it was actually fine and very professional, and the staff were SUPER KIND. Special shout out to Larry and Demetrius. Larry was the best. Demetrius was super accessible and totally "gets it."

I was very satisfied with the work, but it took much longer than it should have to complete. I had a frustrating time not being able to reach anyone by phone or getting calls back until Andy's brought in a new staff member to help. He deserves a 10 rating. He always picked up the phone, kept me informed, and saw things through to completion. My apologies for not remembering his name, but kudos to him for his customer service and organization! Thanks much!

Sorry to say but customer service was near nonexistent until you brought in a new manager who is excellent. He brought Andy's up to a 10, but a 4 was generous prior to his arrival.
