When I came in for the estimate, I started to walk out with the gentleman doing the estimate and to show him all of the damage so he sees all I do and he told to to just stay inside while he checks it out.He came in gave me the estimate, he went thru it telling me all the repairs. And sounded pretty low to me, and I asked if that included the hood repair? He replied ohh there’s damage to it, I did not see that. And it was the worst part of the damage! So I did end up going out to show him!

I will never ever ever be a customer if Allen Chevrolet they was horrible customer service all the way around never will I advise anyone to go through what I went threw with this dealership and I know they don’t care about customer satisfaction at all . The manger is horrible and doesn’t need to be in customer service, his assistant isn’t any better and General Manager speaks good words but doesn’t always follow through I think that they think people are just stupid or maybe they think I was just stupid but nope I am not and I am pretty sure I am not only customer that had deal with these unfortunate situation with this dealership. I unfortunately had the worst experience and I am so mortified by how I was it was handled so all I can say is good luck in the future. I’m sure you won’t miss me.

The work was mediocre and then timeframe was not communicated appropriately. I was given multiple days over 3 months that I would be contacted to drop my vehicle off and never was. It took me hounding the body shop to get anywhere. After drop off, I was told 1 week tops given it being mostly cosmetic damage. After 15 days, I had to contact the shop for progress, and was told it would be finished the following day. When we arrived at the shop, the truck was not finished. The “detail” job was horrible. The truck smelled like a paint booth and there was dust all over the interior of the truck from sanding the outside, as well as overspray on the windows and mirror. I had to return the truck the following day. After 6 more hours the vehicle was returned in better condition than the first day but still not where it should’ve been. The interior windows on the driver side still have dust on them, there’s still a gap in the rear bumper, and the tire was placed on the rim with white wall out. I feel like it was a rushed job and the timeline does not reflect the same. I won’t be a returning customer.

Collision team there at Allen Chevrolet and Allstate car the best I've ever experienced and customer service and being a good hands network through Allstate really helps

Work was done to satisfaction but initial customer service was terrible. Service dept was rude and hung up on me told me they didn't know my car was there even though they called several days prior to confirm tow truck dropped off vehicle.
