Was notified to pick up vehicle before it was ready, drove from Memphis to find it was not complete. Was told the vehicle would be detailed before I picked it up. It was not.

The door looks great ….Nothinh else was fixed. I know that I told them the most important things that needed fixed that got messed up during the wreck didn’t get fixed. I literally knocked my front tooth loose I was hit so hard .. my ac is hot still ! And the back fender is still bent
