Was quoted with 3 weeks, that turned into 5 because the part that was ordered was damaged but techs didn’t find out until a few days after it was delivered because they didn’t check it upon delivery. Was met with false promises and no compensation for being severely inconvenienced because our delivery vehicle was out of commission longer than we were told. Was informed that the manager would not approve compensation, whether that be a discount on price or a replacement vehicle to make our delivery. Will not be bringing my business back here and neither will my in-laws, who not only referred them but were frequent customer over the last few years (roughly 8 times)
