Ur automated repair tracker sucks!! The e-mails sent to me that tracked the repair were totally erroneous. Went to pick up my car on two occasions after receiving e-mail advising me car was ready. Not so! Even gave up my rental thinking mine was repaired only to find out there was a computer glitch mistakenly posting pickup and repair dates were wrong. Someone needs to correct ur problem or trash the program. Very very misleading to say the least!
