The repair itself looked to be good. However there was a bunch of black adhesive left inside of my car door. This took time for me to clean out as well as clean my shoes that got stuck to the adhesive.

Speaking to the reps on the phone was helpful. Picking up my car was not pleasant. It was almost 90 degrees out that day and I had to drive my rental, un-install and re-install car seats with my two young kids in tow. I called into the shop to find out if I absolutely needed to come into the repair shop to checkout and was told yes because of this lengthy checkout process. I had to unbuckle my kids, carry them into the shop so that someone could hand me a piece of paper and keys. There were 3 men working that day, sitting comfortably in the a/c and one of whom came out to the lot to move my rental. If that was the case, that rep could have easily brought these 2 items to me outside and saving me quite a bit of effort
