Did not have much interaction directly. My repairs were delayed multiple times and I received an email indicating such but I would have preferred a call/explanation. Since it happened 3 times i took it with a grain of salt that it would be ready when it indicated it would after the third time and wished I had better information about what was really going on. Overall good experience and happy with the repairs.
