This was a great experience, the entire team was very helpful, kind, patient and informative. They have been gray with communication and were willing to help me with whatever I needed. They actually finished the work a lot sooner than I expected which was a plus. Once I received the vehicle it was as though nothing had ever happened. The vehicle was repaired to perfection not a scratch or dent or any damage at all. I am very happy with the gray customer service and repair. The gentleman that brought my car was able to accommodate me with where I would pick up the vehicle due to medical reasons regarding my daughter which was so helpful. I greatly appreciate all the help and service from each and every person involved and God forbid my car needs another repair I will surely use here service again.

Great customer service, friendly, kept me in the loop the entire time, and was very accommodating when it came to pick up and drop offs as well. Super customer service, the vehicle was repaired to perfection, no issues what so ever, and my vehicle is just as new I am so happy with the work. These guys are pretty amazing :)
