Exceptional customer service, quality repair, and overall experience from start to finish. I called to schedule my appointment and they offered to take my car in on the same day, but I opted for the following day. The entire process was very efficient, I got my car checked in and riding with enterprise to pick up my rental in under 15 minutes! To top it off the finished a day early! I highly recommend ALSET to ANYONE who needs their car repaired!!!!

From start to finish, my experience with Alset was exceptional. Tony in the office and Kyle during the process we're always helpful and left no question unanswered. I hope I never have a need to see them again, but if I do, I will not hesitate to return! Highly recommend this business!

We only had our Tesla for 3 months when it was rear-ended at a stoplight. Needless to say we were very upset. Our insurance company suggested a couple of repair centers, however, we knew we needed to bring it to a "Tesla approved" shop. We just happened to drive by ALSET and saw the large "Tesla Approved" sign! Yay! I called right away and was able to bring our car in immediately (within a ½ hour!). We were greeted right away and listened to--we gave our insurance info and were told that the repairs could be done within the week--we were also told they would contact the insurance company and get that end of things taken care of. We were going to be out of town and ALSET made it easy for us to leave our car and pick it up when we returned. We were advised of progress by text throughout the repairs which also gave us peace of mind. When we picked up the car, the car had been detailed and looked like new again!! I can't say enough about the professional, helpful and amazing service, follow-up and end result! Wow! Thank you ALSET!! Special thanks to the gentleman at the front desk and also the estimator who I believed was the manager (?)--you guys know your stuff and made us feel confident having our Tesla repaired at ALSET.

Paint missing on driver top left bumper corner (small white mark). Driver side bumper is misaligned/crooked. Missed tire/rim scuff mark that I pointed out at drop off (tire plate is still loose). Will have to check seat again within 24 hours, small dimple reported due to setting customer items on top.
