From the moment I walked into the store and was greeted by Cindy, who is the sweetest and friendliest, and London too; to then having the pleasure of working with Orlando... he was phenomenal! Super friendly, would take the time to hear and listen to my needs, and just guided me through the who process so smoothly... truly perfection! The work done to the car, the value of price, and the kindness of everyone has instantly created a customer for life with Car Chemistry! Im beyond grateful and will always promote this company to anyone I hear struggling with auto body issues! Thank you all... what an experience... truly the Disney Level of the auto body business!

I totally didn’t expect this. They put on a new mirror and it doesn’t match the car. The whole experience was devastating. I haven’t looked at it again since Friday.

A lot more damage than I originally saw. I was totally shocked when I saw the finished Car. The mirror you put on doesn’t match the original. I felt this could happen due to cars age. I was assured it would match or be painted. . Little marks all over I never saw before. In the last 25 yrs. I had auto body work done twice on other cars. When picked up, they were perfect. This was not. I don’t know whether to call Lexus or not. We were given $2k dollars for the debris in the garage. So the home adjuster could see there were problems left from the controller blowing up.
