The drivers window taken apart by an outside glass company safelite and that's where my problems started, they broke the window regulator along with getting glass all over the entire interior, broke the window switch when removing the door panel, dented and scratched the fender and door pillar! After trying to get safelite to fix what they had destroyed my insurance agent at state farm set my appointment with Carroll GMC collision and everything went smoothly from that point on they handled everything, the repairs were done very quickly without any hassle! Walt was extremely helpful and made sure my truck was done properly and was detailed when finished! I couldn't be happier they have taken the stress out of the entire situation I faced with safelite. "Walt Mcbee is a true professional he and the crew repaired my truck perfectly, the paint was matched extremely well. The drivers window taken apart by an outside glass company safelite and that's where my problems started, they broke the window regulator along with getting glass all over the entire interior, broke the window switch when removing the door panel, dented and scratched the fender and door pillar! After trying to get safelite to fix what they had destroyed my insurance agent at state farm set my appointment with Carroll GMC collision and everything went smoothly from that point on they handled everything, the repairs were done very quickly without any hassle! Walt was extremely helpful and made sure my truck was done properly and was detailed when finished! I couldn't be happier they have taken the stress out of the entire situation I faced with safelite.
