This is the second time I have had work on my car at Gerber Collision and glass. I can’t say enough good things about them. They help with the insurance company, they keep their customers informed often during the repair process and are always happy to answer any questions. Holly who works at the front desk is always very helpful and does a great job keeping it all together. I had some confusion with the insurance company. She spoke to them and was able to solve the problem. She is always very helpful and very polite and friendly. Dave was the one who signed my car in and clearly explained the damage and what the repair process would involve. He is very easy to talk to and I believe he truly cares that the customer has a good experience and the repairs are done correctly. He was busy when I picked up my car, but stop to make sure I was happy with the repairs. It’s so nice to have such good service and a company I can rely on. Thank you so much to everyone for doing such a great job. It’s very much appreciated. I have already recommended your company to others.

The first time they gave me the car back it had damage I told him not to put the license plate back on and they did anyway I was just surprised that no one checked the car over before they decided to give it to me I know Al did apologize and tell me that they should’ve noticed But that caused me a whole lot of trouble with Rent-A-Car and my health problems that I am dealing with right now I had to pay a handyman to come with me the second time to make sure that the car was going to be OK I didn’t think the place was very clean But I sure wish they wouldn’t have done what they did They need more thorough an accurate work procedures With checks and balances I don’t usually complain but I was put through a lot
