Considering that the had my high end car for almost five weeks. The condition and quality of the repair was less than acceptable when the vehicle was picked up. I had to drive back to have it fixed. Very inconvenient.

THANK YOU SO MUCH!! I was devastated to say the least when I got hit the day after Thanksgiving. Having been through this before, I could only imagine that I would be without my car for months! We initially chose a collision center close to us in Lakewood Ranch, but they were rude and not willing to help without an estimate. The Alset team went above and beyond for us. From arranging a tow to completion, they were the best team I could have asked for. They worked directly with my insurance to get things started quickly and kept me informed often of the progress! I cannot believe how fast they were able to get me back into my car! TWO WEEKS! Unbelievable. We will definitely be using the Alset team again for future repairs! Thank you again for your service and professionalism!!

Alset was not the first place we called. We had previously used a Tesla certified center in St. Pete. Repair was just ok and thy had issues with receiving the correct parts. Called a certified center in Bradenton which where we live now and they wouldn’t allow us to tow the vehicle to them without an estimate. Alset was the next closest center near us. We will definitely use Alset going forward to all of our collision needs.
