ALSET took off the back bumper that the previous repair shop had worked on that was worse than the initial damage. After reinstalling the bumper and gluing one of the back sensors, the car did look slightly better but I did know that the the cost to replace and repair the damage from an accident prior to my purchasing the Tesla was too expensive. The only reason I didn’t give them a rating of 10 was I thought they were expensive but I would recommend them.

My repair, service, communication were excellent. However, when I got in my car to get to an appointment, I saw that I only had 40 miles left on my battery. I had to cancel my appointment that afternoon since I wouldn’t have been able to make it back home without charging. Seems like that would have been an easy thing for Alset to check before owners retrieve their cars. I’d definitely recommend and come back—and I would call to make sure my car was charged
