The door repair looks good except the window insulation is not acceptable & will have to be redone which is very inconvenient since you already kept my vehicle 23 days. You listed repairs to the fender & rear door which did not even have a scratch from the accident as post accident photos clearly show. My engine light was on when I picked up the truck & it was fine when I dropped it off. The engine was just replaced new in August 2025.

After inspecting the vehicle there are scratches all on the front and down the sides of the car including the wheel being scuffed. The driver side door has a pretty noticeable chip in it along with the driver side door itself being misaligned. Not very happy overall with the work itself.

The repair looked great. Above and beyond! My car was cleaned inside and out and i know that was no easy task. It was pretty dirty when i dropped it off. i did not expect to get it back clean. thank you very much

The silver plastic trim piece around the receiver hitch has a slightly rough finish along with some light scratches. It does not match the quality finish of the front bumper silver trim piece.
