If my car could talk, it would swear the accident never happened, that’s how good the team at Alves Collision is! They repaired the rear of my SUV so perfectly it’s like a magic trick (except with less smoke and more sanding). A huge shoutout to Jackie and Emilly (yes, with two L’s, because excellence clearly requires an extra L 😉). They were absolutely amazing, patient, proactive, and genuinely cared about making everything smooth from start to finish. Jackie even went to bat with the insurance company to make sure I got a rental that could actually fit three car seats without requiring Tetris-level strategy. Top-notch work, honest communication, and customer service that’s rarer than an empty parking lot at Target. Alves Collision is the only place I’d ever trust with my vehicle again (though I’m hoping not to need them anytime soon!). Highly recommend to anyone who wants their car, and their sanity, restored.

I would highly recommend Alves Collision to anyone in need of collision repair. Their professionalism is beyond reproach. This was my first time going through the entire process after a rear-end collision, and Jacquelyn made everything so easy to understand. She walked me through each step with patience and clarity, which made a stressful situation so much easier. Excellent service from start to finish!

After picking up the vehicle noticed a noise on the left front after returning it was determined that the left front wheel housing was rubbing on the tire they did if fact make the necessary corrections . After traveling to Savannah the following day we observed a rattling noise coming from the rear of the vehicle that seemed to get louder as we went . Stopped at a Midas auto center to make sure it was not a safety issue or cause for concern . They determined that the bed of the truck was missing 2 of the 4 bolts that hold it to the vehicle and the other 2 where only finger tight . After returning home on Friday I took it to my mechanic where he replaced the 2 missing bolts and secured the remaining 2 I will say that the paint and color match are spot on but the reassembly of the vehicle highlight some very concerning safety concerns .
