We are a family-owned business and although we just opened our shop in Summerville - SC, we have more than 20 years of experience in the industry and are paint and body shop experts. I was very pleased with my car repair process at Alves. The receptionist and the staff in the office were very friendly knowledgeable and professional. I am so pleased with my repairs. I can’t even tell that I had car damage before. My car was also returned very clean and detailed. I appreciated that very much. It is so nice to have my car back looking great and driving safely. Hopefully I won’t need to have auto repairs anytime soon, but if I do I will use Alves services and I will definitely recommend them to friends in the Summerville area.

Jackie is the Front Office Super Legend!!! She is a living auto repair encyclopedia and truly knows how to get things done correctly and on time. Tiago is always so knowledgeable. Tiago's wife Alini is always checking on how my family is doing. Jackie and Emily in the office are always so helpful with all the communication with the insurance company. On top of that the place is spotless and the work is exceptional. I'd give it 10 stars but 5 is the highest.

Top notch service, communications, staff was very courteous and answered any questions I had. Quick turnaround for my repair, looks awesome!! On top of all that was even more impressed with cleaning out the inside of my truck the staff went far beyond what was expected, much appreciated!!!!!!
